make pasta from scratch

boil 1 1/4 cup fresh spinich until soft
chop the boiled spinich
take the spinich out of the water, no need to squeeze the water all out
add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 egg, 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cup flour
knead for a minute
then let dough sit for like 20 minutes.
then roll out the dough to like 1/8 inch (a beer bottle will do)
and you can do it in bits and pieces
then toss it in water for 7-10 minutes
